Letters written on paper have impact. Studies show personalized letters make the biggest impression on Congress. KwikLetter® provides exactly that from your phone, making letter writing quick and convenient from anywhere and at anytime.
Using your address, KwikLetter® automatically determines your representatives and their mailing addresses.
Writing your letter is as simple as tapping or talking using your phone’s microphone or keyboard. You write the subject line and body of the letter, KwikLetter ® handles the delivery address, return address, greeting, closing, signature, printing, stuffing, stamping and placing in the US Mail.
At KwikLetter®, we print your letters and envelopes, then apply First Class US Postal Service Stamps to provide the mailed from home look. All letters are printed and placed in the US Mail by the end of the next business day.
KwikLetter® values privacy. We do not track your information, thus there are no accounts to setup. Once your letter has been processed, printed and mailed, it is deleted from our system. Your name, address, signature and list of representatives are stored ONLY within the app on your mobile device. Your name, address and letter contents are shared ONLY with the representatives you write, and ONLY shared via the physical letter sent.

Additionally, you can send your letter to any member of Congress, even members that are not your representative.
* Letters are printed using 20# white paper with US First Class stamps placed on closed faced envelopes (we do not use window envelopes). Just as if you wrote it from home.
* A history of sent letters are stored within your app, only on your device.
* Pay easily with Apple Pay or any major credit card.
